Welcome to Tipsii Twon Drinkz and Cocktailz. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms ensure clarity, safety, and a smooth experience for both parties.
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
* A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your event date
*Full payment must be received before the event begins unless agreed otherwise
*Invoices, accepted payment methods, and due dates will be sent upon booking confirmation
2.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
*Cancellations made 14+ days in advance may receive a partial refund (excluding deposit)
*Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable
*NO-SHOW or cancellations within 48 hours will result in 100% payment forfeiture

3. RESCHEDULING
*You may reschedule once at no charge if requested at least 8 days before the event
*Reschedules are subject to availability and must occur within 60days of the original date
4.TRAVEL AND LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
*Based in ATLANTA,GA, we'll travel with a deposit.Travel outside metro Atlanta may include but not limited to mileage and or lodging fee
*Adequate setup space, lighting, snd access to water/electricity must be provided by the client unless discussed otherwise
5.ALCOHOL POLICY
*We do not provide or sell alcohol. Clients are responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcohol
*We may assist with recommendations or shopping lists upon request
*We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest whoppers intoxicated, aggressive, or underage
6.PERMITS AND INSURANCE
*Clients are responsible for any necessary alcohol permits required by the venue or local laws
*Our teams trained in responsible alcohol service and covered by liability insurance. Proof available upon request
7.LIABILITY AND DAMAGES
*We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage due to alcohol consuption
*The client accepts full responsibility for all guests and event conditions
*Damages to our equipment or supplies by guests may result in addition charges
8.PHOTO AND MEDIA USE
*We may take photo/videos during events to use for promotional purposes
*If you prefer we do not photograph your event, please let us know in writing before your event date
9.POLICY UPDATES
We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on our website with the latest effective date

*Cancellations made 14+ days before the event may be eligible for a PARTIAL REFUND, excluding the deposit.
*Canellations made within 14 days of the event are NON-REFUNDABLE
*NO-shows or cancellations within 48 hours will result in full forfeiture of payment.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
*You may reschedule once with no penalty if done 8+ days in advance.
*The new date must be within 60 days of the original event and is subject to availability.
*Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.
SERVICE CONCERNS
If there is a problem with the services:
*Please notify us during the event or within 24 hours after.
*If the issue is verified, we may issue a partial refund or credit towards a future service.
